From Class 9 through Class 12, every student benefits from a structured, personalised, and evidence-based career guidance programme that supports informed subject selection, career exploration, and college admission planning — empowering students to make confident decisions about their future.

Who they are
Admizzionz Campuz® has been guiding students through career choices and college admissions for over 16 years. The organisation offers end-to-end support, including career counselling, psychometric assessments, subject and stream selection, college and course guidance, application support, profile building, scholarship guidance, and admissions to leading institutions in India and abroad. It also partners with schools through career guidance programmes, workshops, and counsellor training.
Every counsellor undergoes a rigorous selection process followed by a six-month induction programme before working with students, ensuring guidance is delivered by trained practitioners with real counselling expertise.
The counselling process is built on two internationally recognised, research-backed assessment tools: the Multiple Intelligences Profile (MIP), based on Dr. Howard Gardner’s Theory of Multiple Intelligences, and the Career Interests Profile (CIP), based on Dr. John Holland’s RIASEC framework. Together, these provide a scientific foundation for helping students make informed academic and career decisions with confidence.
How it unfolds
The programme is sequenced deliberately across Classes 9 to 12 — assessments and profile-building early on, workshops at decision-critical moments, and interview and application guidance as college applications approach.
