Arun Kapur conceived and developed Paradise Valley Private School under the supervision of the Ministry of Education in Oman. He is a an author and has authored Transforming Schools - Empowering Children; Leading Out - The True Purpose of Education; Serene Strength - The Role of Education and Learning in the Making of a Person of Substance; Unlearning - Augmented Intelligence and the Role of Technology in Education; and The Unseen Revolution.
