After graduating from St Stephen’s College, Delhi, he worked as a teacher and Housemaster for more than a decade at The Doon School, Dehradun. In 1990, Arun Kapur became the founding Headmaster of Vasant Valley School, New Delhi. He nurtured the school to become India’s leading co-educational day school. Rajan is a leading member of the WEF initiative on Alliance of CEO Climate Action Leaders India - a high-level platform for business leaders to support concrete plans and ideas to step up India’s climate action and green transition efforts.
