FEE CONCESSION & SCHOLARSHIP POLICY
RATIONALE
To attract deserving students to be part of our culture and ethos, students who can contribute towards the growth of the school. To ensure families take pride in being a ‘Satyan’.
CONCESSIONS
- Sibling: A total of maximum 10% concession will be given on the tuition fee to the sibling child who joins later, irrespective of being the older or younger sibling. (Sibling discount shall be continued even if the other sibling has passed out of school. The benefit ceases to be applicable in case the other sibling chooses to leave the school because of other reasons.)
- Girl Child: A total of 5% concession will be given to the girl child on tuition fee. Maximum discount is 10% so if a Girl is also a sibling, then the maximum discount shall be capped at 10%.
- Corporate Discount: For the academic year 2024-25, Maximum 10% concession on the tuition fee shall be given to the parents working with Bharti Airtel & other corporates with whom tie-up done. No separate girl & sibling discounts shall be given to such parents.
- Government and Defense personnel: may be offered 50% discount on the admissions fees.
Scholarship to Students:
Below are Academic & Sports & Scholarship:
- Sports Scholarships District: Maximum 10% on tuition fees for next academic year for exceptional performance in the field of sports at District level. This scholarship will be offered annually reviewing the performance of the student. Only Sibling & Girl child discount can be given additionally.
- Sports Scholarships State: Maximum 25% on tuition fees for next academic year for exceptional performance in the field of sports at State level. This scholarship will be offered annually reviewing the performance of the student. Only Sibling & Girl child discount can be given additionally.
- Sports Scholarships National: Maximum 50% on tuition fees for next academic year for exceptional performance in the field of sports at National level. This scholarship will be offered annually reviewing the performance of the student. Only Sibling & Girl child discount can be offered additionally.
- Open Championship: Maximum 25% on tuition fees for next academic year for exceptional performance in the field of sports. This scholarship will be offered annually reviewing the performance of the student. Open Championships are held at State or National levels. The participants in these events are fewer, like Equestrian events, Golf, Karate, etc. This will be basis validation by the Head of sports. Only Sibling & Girl child discount can be offered additionally.
- Excellence Academic Scholarships: 100% scholarship on Composite Fee for students for grades IX to XII securing 90% and above in the previous final examinations, this scholarship will be offered annually after reviewing the performance of the student.
- Need based Scholarship: based on the needs of exceptionally bright students (90% and above) from Grade VI to VIII upwards, who are unable to afford the school fee. The school may offer scholarships of higher value as well, to bring in the brightest talents from the nearby schools.
Rewards & Reimbursement to the Students:
Awards for Students who Excel in Class X and XII Board Examinations & Sports
- 1. Students scoring above 95% a cash reward of Rs. 20,000/-
2. Students scoring between 90% – 94.9% a cash reward of Rs. 10,000/-
- 3. Exp Reimbursement for National winner: Maximum up to INR. 22,000/- per winner
- 4. Exp Reimbursement for State winner: Maximum up to INR. 20,000/- per winner
5. Exp Reimbursement for District winner: Maximum up to INR. 5,000/- per winner
6. Reimbursement of sports Kit (other than above) once in a year: Maximum up to INR. 20,000/-
Note:
Nature of the Sports events at the District, State and National Levels:
Qualify for the scholarship based on achievements mentioned below. Gold, Silver or Bronze medal at District, State or National level.
- 1. S.G.F.I. & CBSE games are eligible for the scholarship. School games federation of India.
- 2. Federations approved by Ministry of Human Resource Development (H.R.D).
- 3. (I.O.C.) Federations approved by Indian Olympic Association IOA.
- 4. (SAI) Federations approved by Sports Authority of India SAI.
Anything except these federations will have to reviewed and authenticity required to be validated before giving any kind of Scholarships.
Some of these events are Open Championships and are held at State or National levels. The participants in these events are fewer, like Equestrian events, Golf, Karate, etc these may be considered under the State level participation and 25% waiver on the tuition fee be granted.
